World Heritage Sites - Maximum Cards 21 April 2005

On 21 April 2005, Royal Mail and Australia Post jointly issued a set of eight stamps depicting UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Britain and Australia. The stamps and all of the postmarks in use on that day are shown on the new issue page.

We have produced Maximum Cards in limited numbers.

	Ref: Norvic 2538.01 Ring of Brodgar, Orkney - modern postcard with 68p stamp cancelled Finstown, Orkney 21 AP 05 Note: because these Orkney cards have an ordinary Post Office (operational) datestamp, rather than a pictorial special postmark, the quality is not as sharp, and some are not as good as the one in the picture. Customers will be offered the best examples first, and later customers will be sent scans to show the standard of the cards still in stock.
