Welcome to our new stamps, first day cover, postal history and postcard showcase with stock from all over the world.
We are now migrating to a new shop which will incorporate payment options, and calculate postage and packing automatically. This will go live in the late spring, but meanwhile we have moved some stock from here to there. This is to avoid problems that might occur through selling the stamp stock in two places.
You can browse and buy by visiting this link. If you find stock in both shops, please choose to pay by cheque on the new one, even if you are outside the UK. We will then combine your orders and email you with payment details. You will also receive automatic emails acknowledging your orders. Please wait for our additional email before making any payments.
Our office will be closed from Saturday 20 - Sunday 28 April and again Thursday 2 - Tuesday 7 May 2013. All orders through either shop will be acknowledged by the systems, and we will deal with them as quickly as possible when the office reopens.
Browsing is easy - just pick a category in the panel on the left, and to see our stock. The number in ( ) indicates how many items are in that category or its sub-categories.
If you want to search for a specific topic or location, the Quick Find facility searches all the item titles. To also search item
descriptions, click on Advanced Search and remember to tick the
Search In Product Descriptions box.
IMPORTANT: Shipping / Postage and Packing
Item prices do not include postage and packing, and this is not added automatically. To avoid delays in processing your order please include one of the Shipping/Postage charges products from the products menu in the left column, and this will be added in to the shopping cart. The check-out process includes a reminder to do this. If you buy one stamp or 100 there is one basic charge; if you buy one cover or postcard or dozens there is a higher basic charge. The only extras on these prices are if you want to pay for special delivery or other premium postal services.
When you have completed Checkout the system will send you a confirmation email which will be copied to our office. Please ensure that your email address is correct, otherwise we will not be able to contact you about the order.
We can accept payment by sterling cheque or postal order, and inter-bank transfers from Europe (please ask for our IBAN details).
Payment can also be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and debit card or from PayPal accounts.
If you are not registered with PayPal we can send an invoice which allows payment without registration.
Please ask for details of our PayPal or IBAN account number through the Comments box.
There will always be a way to pay that is convenient to both of us.

If you are looking for anything that isn't shown on the store, please ask if we have it, and we will let you know the price and add it to your order if appropriate.
Our stock is very varied. If what you want is not yet shown on the system, please ask and we will tell you if we have it. Stock is added frequently. Please note that for many categories,
particularly postal history and picture postcards, we have only one copy. We try to remove the stock from the listing as soon as it is bought or reserved, but the world is a 24-hour market place and we do sleep sometimes. We hope we will not have to disappoint anybody: however, we apologise if anything you ask for is no longer available.
Meanwhile, browse, search and enjoy! Even if there is nothing here that you collect, treat the store as an exhibition - we are sure you will find something interesting.
