The Terms and Conditions in this section, and under "Shipping & Returns" and "Privacy Policy", do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.

We aim to deliver to any address in the U.K normally within five to seven working days of the order date except for items shown as awaited. Because of increases in postage rates, envelopes etc, we will use 2nd class in most cases. Deliveries to other countries depend on the postal services used: as a guide airmail to east and west coast North America is often achieved in 5 days.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time. Prices, goods and availability of goods are subject to change at any time. Many of the items we sell are unique and may, therefore, be sold at any time. If you are interested in an item which has sold out but not yet been removed from the database, please let us know. In the event that the original sale is not completed, or we obtain another example, we will contact you: you are (of course) under no obligation to accept our later offer.
All our goods are guaranteed to be genuine unless otherwise described.

General trading conditions
All prices are indicated in sterling (GBP-£). Prices will be quoted in other currencies which we accept, and will be valid for 7 days. If you do not accept the price in 7 days, we may need to re-quote if exchange rates vary significantly.
If you require delivery outside the European Union any Customs Duty and charges are your responsibility – see Shipping & Returns.

Payment methods
Much as we would like to provide you with the easiest payment option, our bank has advised that their set-up and maintenance charges (not commissions) are too high to enable us economically to provide online credit card facilities. However we can accept all main credit cards through PayPal, whether or not you have a PayPal account. We also offer a range of alternatives:
Personal cheque in sterling (British pounds - GBP)
British Postal Order; Canadian Postal Money Order in sterling;
Bank transfer in the UK and from Euro-zone territories - costs of transfer are payable by the customer - please ask for our bank details;
Payment from PayPal account - click here for more details;
Payment by credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard etc - card payments are handled by PayPal, please ask for details and we will send you an e-invoice from PayPal enabling you to pay;
Cash - GBP/US$/AU$/€uro - at the risk of the sender.
