*Customers without email facilities
We recognise that some visitors to our website and shop are using public access internet facilities and do not have or want an email address or facilities.
If you write to us to order from our shop or new issues website we will create a dummy registration record and account for you using one of our own spare email addresses. This will enable you to create future orders on-line and reserve items immediately rather than relying on those items to be still available when we receive your letter. The system will create an email confirmation of your order which will be sent to our office. We will post you a copy of this email unless you have told us that you do not want to receive it. We will send you your registratiuon details and a password and you will, through this, be able to monitor your account, record of purchases and previous orders, etc.
If you do not want to take advantage of this facility, please tell us in your letter that you do not want a dummy account created.
