The 50th anniversary of the first release of Castles high values is commemorated by the issue of the same designs revalued, in a miniature sheet - 50p Carrickfergus and Windsor Castles, £1 Caernarfon & Edinburgh Castles.

Privately produced postcards showing silhouettes of the Castles similar to the stamps, each cancelled with the appropriate 'Castles High Values 50th Anniversary' postmarks - Carrickfergus, Edinburgh, Caernarfon and Windsor.
