Every 10 years London hosts an international stamp exhibition, but this time it's different. The London 2010 Festival of Stamps is a year long celebration of stamps, stamp design and postal heritage.

This prestige book has been printed by three printers. Panes 2 & 3 are printed by Enschede in the intaglio or recess process and faithfully reproduce the Seahorse high value definitives and the British Empire Exhibition commemoratives. The Machin definitive pane 4 is self-adhesive by Walsall Security Print containing stamps with new security codes not available elsewhere, and pane 1 is printed in litho by Cartor.

The self-adhesive pane in these books has Type B cuts as shown below and described in our blog.
