Royal Mail issued a retail book containing two flower stamps originally issued in the 1997 Greetings Booklet, and 4 x 1st class gold Machin defnitives. All stamps in the retail book are self-adhesive and are on paper which is not designed to be soaked from paper.

This item is the pair of flower stamps only.

The booklet marks the 50th Anniversary of the National Association of Flower Arranging Societies.
