The Prestige Stamp Book marking the 250th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin was issued on 12 February, and already we have the first report of a duplicated pane.
14 February 2009. A collector in Hertforshire has a lucky find in the Darwin PSB that he received in his regular order from the Philatelic Bureau in Edinburgh, pane 2 - the miniature sheet pane - duplicated as shown below.
