The Prestige Stamp Book marking the 50th Anniversary of Regional stamps was issued today, 29 September, and already we have the first report of a duplicated pane.
29 September 2008. One lucky collector in the Chester area bought two Prestige Stamp Books at a local post office, and was delighted to find that one of his purchases has two sheets of Pane 1, as shown below.
