London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay Special Postmarks/Cancellations

Royal Mail will be making a postmark available to celebrate each date of the Torch Relay of the London 2012 Olympic Games. There will be approximately 70 in total starting with two on Saturday 19 May for, Lands End (the start) and Plymouth (the evening celebration) and will continue each day until London on Friday 27 July. The location will be chosen on the basis of the site of the evening celebrations or where the torch stops each evening. Three locations and one date (2 June) will be excluded when the Torch passes through the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
