Beijing 2008 Olympic Expo Royal Mail Smilers Sheet - 5 August 2008
Royal Mail's Beijing Olympic Expo Smiler sheet is being issued 3 days before the show starts, The show runs from 8 - 18 August 2008.
This sheet - like previous Expo sheets - is printed in litho by Cartor of France. The labels show 10 different traditional Chinese Lanterns.

The sheet was designed by Hat Trick design group of London and is
printed in litho by Cartor of France.

We produced a pair of exclusive covers for this issue, with
five stamps each, ie half a sheet.
One relevant special postmark was announced for this date as shown;
there were no official first day covers.
The price of our covers was £10.00 for the pair.
