Almost certainly the first in a 12-year series, Royal Mail will mark the Lunar New Year of the Dragon with a generic Smilers Sheet, using the Fireworks greetings stamp. The labels depict: Column 1: street scenes in London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow,
Sheffield Columns 2 & 3, dragons symbolising Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.
